Every borrowing pool has its unique parameters, and once it is deployed, those parameters can't be changed. Therefore, in order to change parameters, new markets will be added with updated parameters, and the previous ones will be deprecated.
Here is an example of deprecated borrowing pool and newly added borrowing pool:
When a borrowing pool is deprecated it only means that no more WEN replenishes will happen, and the amount of WEN left to borrow will become zero. The borrowing pool itself is still fully operational, and users that have an open position in this borrowing pool can still repay their WEN debt at any time.
Please note, if you have an open position in the deprecated market, you won't be able to see your deposit collateral assets in the new market.
